Introduction Phone Call

After you’ve sent us your application, you’ll normally first have a short introductory call with someone from our HR team – a chance for both sides to get a first impression and ask questions.

Technical Interview

Afterwards, we’ll invite you to a (technical) interview with the team you'll potentially join.

C-Level Interview

The final step is a conversation with someone from our leadership team.

Contract Signing

If everything aligns, we’ll send you an offer and hopefully welcome you to the team soon after!

Got questions about working at etalytics?

Can I work remotely or from home?

Yes, for most roles, we offer a hybrid setup. That means you can usually work from home up to two days a week. We do have "core hours" from 9:30am to 3:30pm where everyone working full-time should be available for meetings or collaboration, but outside of that, you’re free to organize your time in a way that works best for you and your team.

How do you decide who’s a good fit for a role?

For us, technical skills are important, but we’re also looking at how you approach problems, how you communicate, and how well your values align with ours. We want to work with people who are curious, motivated, and enjoy working in a team.

Can I also send an initiative application?

Absolutely! If you don’t see a role that fits right now but you believe you'd be a great addition to our team, we’d love to hear from you. Just use the “Spontaneous Application” option on our Join page, upload your CV, and include a brief cover letter mentioning your desired position. We’ll keep your info on file and contact you when a suitable role opens up.
